PROJECT MANAGEMENT – A large soap manufacturer consulted with us in assisting them with the installation of a complete fire suppression system for their chemical warehouse. This helped the local engineering staff maintain progress on an already heavily back-loaded project list.
TRAINING – A regional grocer had a wastewater design, build, and service arrangement with a national water company. The initial service contract was terminated after one year due to unsatisfactory performance by the vendor. JGWATER was brought in to provide extensive training as additional staff was hired, trained, and all water treatment services were brought in-house.
EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATION – For years a box corrugator had observed mixed results from batch-to-batch when wastewater processing. JGWATER assisted both local and corporate management in helping to approve the purchase and installation of a large tank mixer that eliminated the large fluctuations of solids between batches.
CHEMICAL SPECIFICATION – A large sand and gravel separation plant was using a single polymer to assist with mud dewatering. We performed on-site jar testing that determined the use of a coagulant with the existing polymer increased performance by over 30%, and saved costs up to 20%.
UNIQUE PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS – A specialty cleaner was developed and used to clean an unused back-up chiller. Successfully cleaning the tube bundle saved thousands versus the replacement of the bundle as initially recommended by the chiller manufacturer.
WATER TREATMENT – A new customer bought chemicals from a national water company but received no service. JGWATER was able to provide all necessary service and chemicals for less than the national companies’ products alone.
LAB SERVICES & TESTING – A complete Legionella Program was established from scratch for a large aerospace facility.
